Shraddha

~ Layam ~

A conscious Space where focused Action deepens into effortless Being

The focus is on one-pointed action, allowing outcomes to unfold naturally.

A meditative state where work becomes prayer.

A Shift In How We Operate

Instead of:

Outcome  →  Pressure  →  Fragmented Action

Shraddha invites:

Presence  →  Focus  →  Natural Creation

Why Join This?

Most of us struggle with:

  • Distraction
  • Inconsistency
  • Lack of depth
  • Lack of accountability

Shraddha creates a shared, intentional space where attention stabilizes naturally. The presence of the group brings a gentle accountability and nurturing space.

What You Can Work On

You are free to bring any meaningful activity, as long as it is done with one-pointed focus. This may include:

  • Writing (book, journaling, content)
  • Reading or studying
  • Creative expression (painting, music, dance)
  • Learning or skill-building
  • Yoga or mindful movement
  • Meditation, Pranayam, or silent Introspection, Prayer

You may also:

  • Continue the same activity across all blocks
  • Combine blocks (e.g., longer meditation session)
  • Shift consciously between blocks
  • Continue beyond the 90 minutes

Only condition: to remain fully present in what you are doing.

Ideally, bring something meaningful — something you've been postponing.

What This Cultivates

Beyond what you may create, Shraddha is about cultivating a deeper inner space:

  • Attention stability
  • Inner stillness in action
  • Receptivity
  • Freedom from pressure
  • Joy in the process

Message from Babaji

Become the Divine Vessel: ShraddhaLayam

Let the Divinity flow through You. Let it find expression In & Around you.

Be in Divine Ecstasy. Let Ganga flow through you & allow Radha to rise in you.

How do you know your divine purpose if you are not aligned to the Divine.

SHOW UP,

Be the VESSEL.
